Privacy.

Effective May 10, 2026

The short version: we collect your email if you join the waitlist, store it with Resend, use it to tell you when we launch, and delete it whenever you ask.

    Who we are.

    moanstar.com is operated by Gili Software OPC, a One Person Corporation registered in the Republic of the Philippines. We are the data controller for any personal information we collect on this site. You can reach us anytime at support@gili.io.

    What we collect.

    Only your email address, and only when you submit it through the launch waitlist form. We do not collect names, IP addresses, device identifiers, or any other personal information on this site. We do not use cookies, analytics, or third-party tracking scripts.

    Why we collect it.

    To send you a single email when moanstar opens to the public, and occasional related updates if there is meaningful news before launch. We process your email on the legal basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights” below).

    Where it is stored.

    We store waitlist emails with Resend, our email service provider, on infrastructure in the United States. By joining the waitlist, you consent to this cross-border transfer. Resend is contractually bound to process the data only on our instructions.

    How long we keep it.

    Until launch, plus a reasonable wind-down period to deliver launch announcements. We will remove your email sooner if you ask. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

    Your rights.

    Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (and equivalent laws elsewhere, including the GDPR if you are in the EU/UK), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email support@gili.io and we will respond within thirty days.

    Children.

    moanstar is built for adult creators and listeners. The waitlist is not directed to anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted their email, write to us and we will remove it.

    Changes to this policy.

    If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. When appropriate, we will also notify waitlist subscribers by email before those changes take effect.
